Our aim is to be the leader in the Fitness Equipment Repairs & Maintenance service industry. The FIRM Team Mick Craig - Is the Manager and has been involved in large and small businesses over the past 35 years. His high standard of honesty and reliability is reflected through the team and service provided. Judy Craig - Is the Accounts Manager has been with The FIRM since it's inception. Judy is an essential part of The FIRM team and has a great deal of knowledge in the field. Jody Harris - Is our Spare Parts/Administration Coordinator who has recently rejoined our team and has experience in customer service and an extensive administrative background.
Joseph Harfouch - Is our Maintenance Contract and Mobile Technician. He has electrical qualifications, with experience in electronic and mechanical repairs. Joseph has owned and operated his own business and he knows the importance of good Customer Service. Satvir Singh-Birring - Is our Mobile Service Technician. He has engineering skills and knowledge in electronics including previous experience in the Fitness repairs Industry. While possessing strong analytical and mechancial skills
Martin - Is our Workshop and Electronics Technician. Martin has vast qualifications in electronics and has worked on large and small projects. He has also owned and operated his own business. All The FIRM team work hard to maintain, service and repair the fitness equipment by working together to share the work load. It is not unusual for all the Technician's to be working on a challenge together to get a good end result for our Customers. They are the most integral part of The FIRM's team with combined knowledge and experience in all facets of the fitness industry. The FIRM is a combination of experience and qualifications of a unique group committed to customer service. Our team includes members qualified in the electrical, electronic, welding (light steel fabrication) and mechanical fields. We continually evaluate our standard of service and source new ways to reduce costs to the customer while maintaining the high quality. The FIRM & Our Customers The FIRM became a reality on the 1st April 1996 as a result of recognising the need for quality, reliable repairs & maintenance service within the fitness industry to service both the industry and the end user.
